Join us in this full-time permanent Sales Consultant role within the Maxxia team.

About you

You are a sales professional who thrives in a phone-based role. You may have sales experience in an industry to apply.

We have a great 4-week training program to help you get up to speed with all that you will need to know about salary packaging and novated leasing.


You want a good base salary plus a bonus structure with uncapped commissions in an environment that supports your career progression.

You want a corporate sales role which challenges you to succeed and rewards you for doing so.


Ability to work autonomously and ask for help when you need it, we don't believe micro-management works and our culture is perfect for self-motivated salespeople with high levels of emotional intelligence.

The Opportunity.


This phone-based role is in the heart of Melbourne CBD (office) 2 days per week and work from home 3 days.

You will work with our Novated Lease customers, assisting them throughout the sales cycle.

Supported by a centralised and integrated (database) CRM you will manage your monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), warm leads from customer web enquires as well as inbound calls, no cold calling

Achievable targets with top consultants earning $150K plus per annum. This is a rare opportunity to join an established team. Unlike many sales roles that churn and burn staff we have an average tenure over 5 years.


You will bring:

  • Success in any type of sales will be considered
  • Experience and comfort working to clearly defined KPIs and activity targets
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks according to timelines
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to overcome objections and find solutions
