About the Role

This role leads the Safety Operations - Facility based Care and Services Team (the Team), who are the primary point of contact for all health, safety and wellbeing operational / day to day matters for the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Logan Hospital, Redland Hospital, QEII Hospital and Beaudesert Hospital (including all functions present on each campus to support the delivery of care) (the Customers).

The role is accountable for the standard of service and quality of advice provided by the Team, and for facilitating, coordinating, undertaking and managing engagement between Customers and the wider Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HS&W) Team.

This role reports to the Director, Health Safety & Wellbeing and is a member of the Health, Safety & Wellbeing leadership team.

Together with the Principal Safety Operations - Distributed Care and Services these roles are responsible for all operational health, safety and wellbeing support for Metro South HHS.
