A snapshot of your role.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing multiple inboxes, preparing reports and processing and reconciling expenses
  • Support the senior Executive Assistant and the leadership team booking and organising travel, accommodation and logistic arrangements
  • Work closely across various departments and functions to build trusting professional relationships and support the business growth as required
  • Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently, prepare engaging presentations and assist the team with exciting creative projects
