Administration Assistant. You'll be part of a diverse, engaging and collaborative culture that is guided by our values of respect, responsibility, community and spirit. Based at our Aged Care site, you will provide a friendly and welcoming "front of house" approach to residents, families, visitors and staff.

We're looking for an Administration Assistant to join the Dalkeith Gardens team who can work on below shifts:
Friday
Saturday
Sunday

A typical day will have you:

Perform reception / switchboard and administrative duties to meet customer needs
Provide front of house customer service to the residents, families, visitors and staff
Conduct orientation tours of the site when delegated by the Admin Leader or Manager
Maintain office inventory and records
Support in site recruitment activities including advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews, and assisting with employee onboarding and orientation
Submit resident admission, discharge and variation information
Create genuine connections and empathise with residents, families and staff
Work on weekends as needed

We're looking for someone with:

Previous experience in administrative support or customer service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various computer systems
A high attention to detail, accuracy and effective time management skills
A friendly and positive attitude and the ability to demonstrate clientfocused behaviour
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in an Aged Care environment (desirable)
Experience in rosters and accounts and aged care systems (highly regarded)
Certificate IV in Business Administration or a similar qualification (desirable)
