The Role
Your fit within the role will depend on your proven Administration experience with your key responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Manage reception area and ensure office runs smoothly
  • Prepare and edit documents using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Accounts and invoicing
  • Assisting the managing director/ Managers and staff with any other projects and tasks
  • General filing and documentation
  • Daily reception Duties
  • Assist with basic finance tasks, events management, onboarding, and documentation needs

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in the above duties including the following:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • A demonstrated understanding of the importance of confidentiality of both client, staff and financial information
  • Friendly, outgoing with can do attitude is a must
  • Must be able to use initiative.
  • Strong problem solving ability


  • Maintain office calendars

  • Meeting / training rooms
  • Proactive approach with problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
  • Welldeveloped organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional discretion
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint being advantageous.

Salary:
$65, $70,000.00 per year
