We are currently working with a large Financial Services institute to assist them to secure a very experienced Program Manager to work on delivering a core platform replacement.

Extensive experience in delivering technology programs of significant scale ($50M over), complexity and organisational change;
Experience in program procurement and vendor management;
Highly developed influencing and negotiation capabilities;
Strong leadership and team building abilities, particularly in the context of organisational change; and

Experience in supporting the development of business cases at a strategic level.

A Program Manager at ART has the following key accountabilities:
Defining the program or projects, emphasising the necessary investment in initiation and utilising appropriate methodology to effectively plan delivery;
Overseeing the delivery of the projects or program at a macro level, by overseeing development and implementation of the approach to risk, quality, change and benefits management;
Managing the appropriate stakeholder relationships effectively through the initiation, development and implementation with particular emphasis on business owner and senior stakeholder relationships;
Assuring and assisting any required procurement and vendor management activities, including oversight of any necessary risk management regime;
Establishing and managing the appropriate governance for multi-project or program delivery within the organisation's corporate reporting context;
Leading and mentoring the program / project management teams to develop capabilities and effectively deliver program outcomes; and

Overseeing and assuring the quality of the communication and reporting activities to the Project Boards and utilise influencing and negotiation skills in liaising with the Executive Group.
