WesTrac are looking for a motivated
Area Manager - CRC Operations to join our team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager - Guildford, this individual is responsible for managing the financial and operational performance of the CRC Operations teams ensuring high compliance to plan whilst ensuring safety, quality and efficiency are of the highest standard resulting in exceptional customer satisfaction.

This individual will be required to demonstrate effective Leadership whilst being responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to their teams and building and driving a culture that is safe, productive and enjoyable.

This role will lead teams spanning across hydraulics, machine shop and small components, including all supervision and recoverable personnel.

About You:

Have significant experience in leading large high preforming diverse teams.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
Have advanced leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate
A strong background in Lean Continuous Improvement Principals and Manufacturing environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise at a high level and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
High level of initiative and problemsolving skills with the ability and drive to follow through with required actions
Strong knowledge of business drivers, customer needs, managing financial outcomes and commercial processes and systems
Be able set and clearly communicate business targets and expectations aligned with SPARC values
