About the role - Sales Representative


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to add to our existing blue collar recruitment Sales team.

Your goal is to grow this part of the business, expanding our customer base in existing and new industries and geographies.

You will also drive the Permanent recruitment division within these customers.

Reporting to the CEO, you will identify and target potential new customers, utilising your Sales expertise and persuasive skills to attract new business.

This is a great opportunity to set your own standards and stamp your authority on the role.


Duties

  • Identify and targeting new potential customers in new markets and geographies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Business Development and Account Management
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with clients
  • Achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs
  • Providing excellent customer service to both customer both internally and externally
  • Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of the recruitment market and industry trends

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in B2B Sales
  • Exposure to Blue Collar recruitment
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and energetic with plenty of initiative and a cando attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Australian driver's license and own vehicle
