We are currently seeking a full time Internal Sales/Admin personto join our team in our Moorabbin office.
Phillro Industries are a leading paint spray equipment supplier, involved in importing, distribution & repairs of airless spray equipment, fluid transfer pumps and inspection equipment. We celebrated our 50th anniversary in 2021 with 80% of workforce have been with us for over 10 Years.
Responsibilities / Attributes / Experience
- A sales background in industrial equipment / power tool industry
- Providing exceptional customer service to both retail & trade customers
- Administration experience & skills in sales, order processing, logistics, invoicing, answering phones and any other admin tasks as needed
- Require experience in entering orders into an accounting program "SAP" or similar POS system and processing payments via EFTPOS. (Although training will be provided)
- Knowledge in airless spray equipment, surface preparation equipment or coating inspection equipment (advantage but not essential)
- Able to work autonomously and communicate effectively at all levels with customers, suppliers and other team members.
- Organisational and time management skills
- Full time Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
