About the role
Based in Sydney and offered on a hybrid working pattern you wll report to the GM Organisational Development


In this role you'll:

  • Leverage a deep understanding of the business, labour market knowledge / hiring trends, and data to develop and execute bespoke sourcing strategies for each hiring engagement to ensure goals are met with the best possible talent
  • Establish trusted and productive partnerships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, leaders, agency partners and other external service providers

About your experience
Our ideal colleague has full-cycle recruitment experience gained in a corporate and/or agency setting, as well as:

  • Experience working with systems such as SAP SuccessFactors (preferred), WorkDay or Oracle Taleo (or similar)
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary and equitable recruitment practices and sourcing approaches
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder and time management skills with a flexible / adaptable approach to competing and changing needs
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage hiring data for better decision making and continuous improvement.
