Purpose of the role


Padua are looking for an organised, efficient sales support specialist to be responsible for assisting Padua Sales Managers in gaining new business clients.


Core responsibilities

  • Book meetings for Sales Managers with financial advisers, practice principals, and dealer group or licensee staff.
  • Book meetings with platform, investment management, insurance company and other representatives from providers of financial advice products and service.
  • Generate leads and planning and organizing daily work schedule of Sales Managers.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
  • Possess indepth product knowledge and be able to arrange demos and training sessions.
  • Prepare professional, concise, and accurate proposals, and other documentation as required by Sales Managers.
  • Supporting the Head of Sales with additional tasks to support the team as required.

Skills, knowledge and abilities

  • 15 years in sales preferably within financial services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problemsolving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Personal integrity

Desirable attributes

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven success rate at levels above quotas
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills
