As a Client Service Officer within Jacaranda Financial Planning, you will be responsible for the administration and providing day to day operational and compliance support within the Client Services Team.

Develop a working knowledge of business processes
Execute client instructions within agreed timeframes and SLA's
Develop and maintain effective operational client relationships for assigned clients
Monitor adviser diaries and prepare review paperwork for client meetings
Use of all internal control checklists
Compliance with Policies and Procedures
Assisting with Client Management and liaison
