The role:

As a Project Coordinator within our Fuel Supply Chain team, you'll support Project Managers in ensuring Projects are completed on time and within budget, impacting a large Business Improvement program in our B2B division.


You'll take us further by:

  • Manage small initiatives along with the Product Owner, Solution Designer & the Business
  • Assist Project Managers/Product Owners in keeping track of Project finances: capture forecast and track spend
  • Once created ensure deployment is tracking to the plan and raise concerns with Project Managers as needed
  • Communication: facilitate effective communication between the project team members
  • Ensure that impacted Stakeholders are kept well informed of changes in advance
  • Assist in Change Management tasks i.e. raising Change Records and following through with the Change Advisory Board
  • Maintain a Resource Planner to keep track of current and forecasted resource requirements for projects, facilitating regular sessions to keep this up to date
  • Preparing thorough project documentation as requested by Project Managers
  • Creating and reviewing of reports


This is an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract position based in our Alexandria, Sydney HQ, with flexible, hybrid work options available.


About You:


  • Minimum 5 years experience in IT Project Coordination
  • Finance management (SAP) optional
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Sound general IT experience including systemic knowledge of IT development, SDLC, operational and change management processes and methodologies
  • Experience in large and complex working environment
  • Prince II or PMP certification is desirable
