Our client, leader in digital solutions, is currently seeking a proactive and motivated Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to support their Senior Vice President (APAC), and ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the SVP's calendar, meetings, and travel.
- Handle correspondence and document minutes.
- Support meetings with presentations and coordination.
- Respond promptly to the SVP's queries and provide admin assistance.
- Be the first point of contact for office coordination and communication.
- Manage the office area, greet guests, and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Coordinate mail, courier services, and external contractors.
- Administer security and car park access.
- Assist with employee travel arrangements and policies.
- Coordinate boardroom and meeting room setups.
- Organise office social events and handle OHS inductions.
- Provide ad hoc admin and HR support.
Experience/Requirements:
- Experience in Executive Assistant/Office Coordination or similar role.
- Previous experience in customer service and administration.
- Intermediate computer literacy, Microsoft Teams, and MS Office suite proficiency.
- Has a proactive and motivated mindset.
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines without compromising attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service focus and is an adaptable team player
Salary Package:
Up to $75K Base + Super is on offer for the right individual
