Job Summary:
As a property consultant intern

, you will be responsible for providing support to the sales team in their day-to-day tasks.

You will have the opportunity to learn about the real estate industry, gain valuable experience, and potentially transition into a full-time Senior Property Consultant role with a base salary + superannuation + commission that could be $100,000++.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accompany senior consultants on property inspections.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials for properties.
• Participate in the company's training program, which includes instruction, onthejob training and project's training to enhance your knowledge of the industry, sales techniques, and the company's procedures.
• Meet performance targets to transition to a fulltime Property Consultant role.
• Answer inquiries from clients and provide them with necessary information about properties.
• Assist in the negotiation and closing of real estate transactions.
• Build relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the industry.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Be flexible and willing to take on tasks that may not be directly related to real estate sales.
• Show initiative, take ownership of your work, and be proactive in suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Vietnamese Speaking
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Detailoriented and organized.
• Goaloriented mindset and ability to achieve targets and objectives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take on new challenges.
