Suitable applicants for this role

must

have the following:

Minimum 2 years experience working with primary schoolaged children
You have a Diploma or Certificate IV Children's Services, OSHC, Recreation; or Degree or Diploma Primary Teaching
You have First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis management certification
Current paid Working With Children Check (WWC)
You have knowledge and understanding of all legislation relevant to OSHC
Police Check
2 relevant references from an education/childcare setting

About the role:

The Nominated Supervisor position is a full time role to lead our OHSC services in Menai.

Lead the development, planning and implementation of quality programs for children, incorporating feedback into the program designed
Ensure all education programs are delivered in accordance with the learning framework, and are adapted for children's individual needs
Manage daytoday operations of before/after school care service operations
Lead the team in ensuring the implementation of and compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) including the Children (Education and Care Services) National Law and Regulations
Manage, develop and mentor the OSHC team, providing professional development and guidance
