Alteration Tailor Needed:
We are looking for an experienced tailor or seamstress in Melbourne.


Salary:

From $35 per hour you must have experience in altering men's suiting, mainly shortening jacket sleeves and trouser hems.

Speed, accuracy and a clean job is needed. We are flexible to meet your needs and are looking for 2-3 days per week. Immediate start.

• Clothing alterations and repairs
• Industrial sewing machine
• Customer garment fitting and pinning (for fashion alterations)
• Must speak, write and understand English

Effective verbal communication skills including ability to understand and follow instructions

Able to work under pressure to meet quick deadlines whilst remaining committed to producing high-quality work

Comfortable working independently and multi-tasking to getting the jobs done


Summary of role requirements:

• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 32 per week


Salary:
$33.00 per hour
