The Sales Assistant role will support leadership to build relationships and market Help at Hand Support Services.

Sales Associate - Help at Hand Support


What you will do


Your primary focus as a Sales Associate at Help at Hand Support (HAHS) will be on building enduring relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, ranging from healthcare professionals (HCP) and NDIS service providers to pivotal government agencies.

Your role extends beyond mere networking, as you play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition of these partnerships to our Live Operations teams.

This is integral to maintaining HAHS's continued reputation for excellence and innovation in the industry.

  • Responsibilities:_

Assist in Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Contribute to pipeline development and engagement of stakeholders.
  • Assist in the execution of deals, showcasing your ability to drive successful transactions.

Key Account Management:


  • Establish and build relationships with key partners.
  • Support and coordinate referrals accurately, ensuring a high level of service for our partners.

Skills you will need

Sales Experience:


Adaptability:


  • Proven track record in thriving within fastpaced environments, within healthcare. The ability to pivot and adapt in a rapidly changing landscape is key.

Self-Starter Attitude:


  • Naturally selfdriven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. We're looking for someone who's always charged, ready to initiate, own outcomes, and drive results.

Impact-Driven:


  • A genuine desire to make a difference, not just to our organization but to the healthcare industry.

Communication Mastery:


  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills. Your ability to convey ideas, proposals, and feedback clearly will be instrumental in this role.

Data-Informed Decision Making:


  • While deep technical proficiency isn't mandatory, a beginner's comfort with tools like Excel will be advantageous. A propensity to harness both qualitative and quantitative insights to steer decisions is desired.

Educational Background:


  • A Bachelor's/master's degree in health, business, or any other relevant field, setting the foundation for your professional journey.
