The Role

Reporting to the Head of P&C and working within a collaborative team environment, this newly created role will see you responsible for but not limited to.

Managing the P&C Inbox: Responding and directing HR enquiries.
HRIS Administration: Maintaining and updating employee lifecycle data within the HRIS System including new starters, change of status, terminations.
Recruitment Support: Posting vacant positions, completing preemployment checks, and preparing letters of offer, liaising with migration agents.
Employee Engagement: Supporting initiatives and projects to boost employee engagement including coordinating adhoc social events.
P&C Reporting: Contributing to P&C data management and reporting
WHS Support: Act as lead on WHS processes including incident management, RTW, online training modules, Workcover administration.
Experience working in a P&C team within a fastpaced corporate environment.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (highly regarded).
Exceptional organisational & administration skills, including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Strong communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with the Fair Work Act and other employmentrelated regulations.
High attention to detail.
Intermediate MS Office skills.
Enthusiastic with a growth mindset.
