ABOUT THE ROLE
A normal day in our Contact Centre will see you:

• Helping our customers to understand 'general freight' and how freight moves through the network
• Assisting our customers to resolve their enquiries by using your powers of deduction to locate freight and solve issues like rebooking or redirecting a job
• Putting to good use that knack you have for turning a tricky situation into a favourable experience for our customers

ABOUT YOU

This role is perfect for you if:

• You have previously worked in a Contact Centre. A minimum of 6-months experience is preferred.
• You are fun to be around and enjoy working in a team
• You are always looking for ways to improve your performance and the way you work
• You understand the importance of a 'customer first' mindset
• You can demonstrate a solid work history

From $58,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
