ABOUT THE ROLE
A normal day in our Contact Centre will see you:
- Helping our customers to understand 'general freight' and how freight moves through the network
- Assisting our customers to resolve their enquiries by using your powers of deduction to locate freight and solve issues like rebooking or redirecting a job
- Putting to good use that knack you have for turning a tricky situation into a favourable experience for our customers
ABOUT YOU
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have previously worked in a Contact Centre. A minimum of 6-months experience is preferred.
- You are fun to be around and enjoy working in a team
- You are always looking for ways to improve your performance and the way you work
- You understand the importance of a 'customer first' mindset
- You can demonstrate a solid work history
