Young Engineers City of Kingston is looking for the next STEM INSTRUCTOR

Payment will be for a 2-hour minimum period.

We are looking for enthusiastic science/engineering/ education Educators to join the Primary Team. This role requires a confident public speaker with enthusiasm to be around children.

As you will be working with children, we are looking for instructors who are passionate about inspiring the next generation of problem solvers.

The successful applicants will enjoy teaching students in years - 5 about various aspects of STEM using Lego(r).

There is an emphasis on physical science, but those in education, education assistance, childcare or other science disciplines should apply.

About the Lessons:

• Up to 20 students Year 1
• After-School Classes run throughout the school term on a weekly basis from 3pm to 5pm.
• All training, uniform, lesson plans and specially designed Lego(r) kits provided.

Non -negotiables:

• Completed Year 1
• Degree/Diploma or studying towards one in Science, Engineering, ICT, Education, Education Assistance or Child Care (Highly desirable).
• Confident and High level of Energy.
• Reliable, Organised & Punctual.
• A Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one).
• VIC Driver's license.
