Key Responsibilities

Responsible for managing customer accounts and cash collections
Providing timely and accurate response to customer enquiries regarding financial status of accounts
Developing and enhancing relationships with customers and stakeholders within the business
Assisting operational Customer Service Teams in resolution of disputed accounts
Production of stop service list and associated data entry
Approaching customers where required for the collection and processing of outstanding invoices to meet company's monthly KPI in a timely manner
Reducing aged debt and minimising potential risk

Who you are

You have atleast of 3 years' experience in a high volume, B2B collections role with strong reconciliation skills
Key to the success of this role is being customercentric, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
You'll work closely with colleagues and management to meet Team KPI's
You'll use your analytical skills and natural ability to solve problems to great effect in this role
Timeliness and organisation are key in this role, that means knowing what to prioritise and having a clear sense of urgency
You'll be a great communicator, with the ability to engage and inform stakeholders
You have the ability to work independently, to make decisions and/or escalate where necessary
Whilst experience in the waste arena is a nice to have, more important to us is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment
