Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing customer accounts and cash collections
  • Providing timely and accurate response to customer enquiries regarding financial status of accounts
  • Developing and enhancing relationships with customers and stakeholders within the business
  • Assisting operational Customer Service Teams in resolution of disputed accounts
  • Production of stop service list and associated data entry
  • Approaching customers where required for the collection and processing of outstanding invoices to meet company's monthly KPI in a timely manner
  • Reducing aged debt and minimising potential risk

Who you are

  • You have atleast of 3 years' experience in a high volume, B2B collections role with strong reconciliation skills
  • Key to the success of this role is being customercentric, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • You'll work closely with colleagues and management to meet Team KPI's
  • You'll use your analytical skills and natural ability to solve problems to great effect in this role
  • Timeliness and organisation are key in this role, that means knowing what to prioritise and having a clear sense of urgency
  • You'll be a great communicator, with the ability to engage and inform stakeholders
  • You have the ability to work independently, to make decisions and/or escalate where necessary
  • Whilst experience in the waste arena is a nice to have, more important to us is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment
