About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join their team as Store Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the business, building sales and profitability, and managing the daily operations of the retail site.

You will work closely with the front-of-house sales staff and workshop team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Provide outstanding customer service, guiding customers to decisions that best meet their needs
  • Assist the Franchisee with the daily running of the store and focus on business optimisation
  • Manage inventory control, stock take, ordering and purchasing effectively
  • Oversee sales growth and take proactive steps to drive business forward
  • Bring new ideas to help drive sales and improve operations
  • Manage, motivate, encourage, and communicate effectively with your team
  • Handle payment processing, sales, receipts, bookings, and stock records

About You:


  • Preferably 5 or more years' experience in an Automotive store environment, ideally in a management or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment unsupervised and independently
  • Computer literate with understanding of targets and KPIs
  • Knowledgeable in WHS practices
  • Possess natural leadership skills
  • MUST have experience in the automotive and/or tyre industry
  • Hold a current, valid manual and automatic driver's licence (Essential)

Availability:

This is a full time role Monday to Friday and half day Saturdays.
