Level 1 Service Desk Engineer | Permanent Full Time

  • Work along side experienced engineers
  • A passionate and supportive team environment

Duties will include:


  • First point of contact, providing timely, accurate and relevant support for hardware, software, network, printers and communication services and equipment
  • Oversee the daytoday operation of the Service desk and allocation of work when required
  • Action requests relating user accounts
  • Carry out laptop/desktop builds via SCCM or Intune and despatch hardware to users around the country as required.
  • Assist with the administration and monitoring of IT systems
  • Identify areas for improvement in business processes and system utilisation
  • Maintain the IT asset register.

Who we are looking for:


  • Qualifications in Computer Science is desirable
  • Experience working in a similar capacity would be viewed favourably.
  • Confidence using and supporting Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience working with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Sophos, SCCM and/or InTune is desirable,
  • Experience providing support for CAD programs, SharePoint, Office 365 and/or SAP would beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a technical support role, with good communication skills and a proactive nature.
  • Drivers licence
