Are you a well-skilled Exercise Physiologist that is seeking for a well-paying allied health practice in North Western Melbourne in Victoria?

Our client is on search for self-driven and independent Exercise Physiologist to work on a full-time basis on a permanent position at their allied health practice located in the North Western part of Melbourne.

This Exercise Physiotherapist position will include being in charge of patient assessment, exercise prescription, and patient exercise program supervision.

To help patients attain their intended and ideal health outcomes, you will motivate and urge them to participate as much as possible in the exercise program.

This role provides the chance to work in outpatient services, medical ward services, inpatient rehabilitation, and day rehabilitation.

The Healthcare Facility:

A leading allied health facility located in South Eastern Melbourne, Victoria that facilitates safe and enduring return to work programs with either the original employer or a new employer, and support and mentor injured workers in their efforts to recover from workplace accidents.

They maintain constant communication with all parties involved in the process, conduct periodic reviews, and, if necessary, re-set goals. A group of committed medical specialists and career counselors are on call for our clients at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or Diploma in Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology (or equivalent qualification)
Accredited member of ESSA & ACRA
Complete continuing professional development and work under a code of ethics.
Experience in conducting assessments and evidencebased exercise prescription
First Aid and CPR certificates
Current Valid Driver's License
Teamwork, organizational and communication skills
