14-Mar-2024We are seeking a Change Analyst who revels in the intricacies of impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and the pursuit of continuous improvement

Duties will include:

Evaluating and analysing the impact of proposed changes on products, programs, and processes.
Engaging with stakeholders, manage communications, and facilitate changerelated expectations throughout the lifecycle.
Lead the change board, prioritize change requests, and champion formal change control processes.

Requirements:

Degree in project management, engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in product change control with a solid grasp of change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Strong analytical mindset and experience with JIRA, Teamcenter, SharePoint is preferred.
Passionate about identifying process improvement opportunities and proposing enhancements for streamlined change management.
