    About our client

    Our client Natura Pacific has been around for 20 years with the vision to create an impact through environmental services and education. They are passionate about educating youth and community to be ambassadors for our environment for generations to come.

    What you'll contribute:

    As a key administrative position, it is required that you have a broad skill set across different areas of administration including invoicing, dealing with stakeholders both internally and externally and all other ad hoc duties.

    This is a part-time role offering 25 hours a week and is perfect for someone who is searching for their next long-term role to grow and evolve in and who is excited to be in the office and work within a team environment.

    If you have had 3+ years' experience with an administration role then we want to hear from you, our ideal candidate will have the follow skill set.

    • Attention to detail.
    • Be able to multitask and hit deadlines.
    • Xero experience is desirable.
    • Microsoft Suites and Google Mail knowledge.
    • Advanced Word skills for document QA and template management.
    • Ability to learn and administer software and office equipment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Enjoys working in a team and can also work independently.
    • Can take direction and be self-lead.
    • Can liaise with a range of people and stakeholders.
    • Willingness to learn.
    • Must have or willing to obtain Blue Card/Working with Children.
    • MUST HAVE a good attitude ð

    Key deliverables/responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • General Administration tasks.
    • Dealing directly with internal and external stakeholders .
    • Providing and reconciling invoices.
    • Filing sensitive documentation.
    • Checklist auditing as required.
    • Processing orders via email or phone
    • Formatting and review of technical reports.
    • Pick up and drop supplies as required (manual license required).
    • Adhoc duties.
