***We currently have an exciting opportunity in Brisbane for a self-motivated customer service professional with good computer skills and a friendly and professional demeanour. This is a challenging but rewarding role where you will be responsible for concierge duties to a large services organisation.


The successful applicant is required to hold a current QLD Security Licence (unarmed) and will be placed in a permanent/full time, salaried position working Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


About You:


As a Concierge (Customer Service Officer) at Infront Security you will be enthusiastic, committed and have a strong attention to detail as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to all our stakeholders, concierge services for the building that you are located in, site safety inductions for visitors and contractors, and the issue, modification, and receipt of staff proximity access cards and ID cards for the client organisation.

You must be a team player and able to work well under pressure, with limited supervision.


Responsibilities:


  • General concierge, front of house, and site access assistance for staff, contractors, and visitors including greeting, signin and site safety inductions;
  • Maintain key register and the issue and recovery of keys;
  • Responding promptly, courteously, and professionally to all customer enquiries;
  • Provide excellent service standards to ensure client satisfaction;
  • Create, print, issue, and recover staff and contractor IDs and Access Cards;
  • Assist with the implementation of building emergency procedures under the direction of building emergency management staff;
  • Identification and reporting of building maintenance issues; and,
  • Interact in a friendly but professional manner with key stakeholders.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:

  • A committed and focused attitude towards differing work tasks;
  • Work well under pressure and multitask;
  • High level of computer proficiency;
  • Outstanding English language and communication skills (verbal and written); and,
  • Ability to work well within a team, but also independently.
