The Portfolio, Operations, Design & Strategy Lab seeks to act as the gatekeeper of work intake, responsible long range planning and crafting a frame work that drives UCD thinking_

What you'll do:

Own and maintain the EndtoEnd digital portfolio plan, ensuring alignment across all internal and external teams to ensure Digital goals are achieved.
Set up new or improve existing programme governance to enable effective communication across all partner groups and facilitates decision making.
Manage relationships with our delivery partners, including third party agencies, to ensure alignment of crossprogramme dependencies.
Influence and lead sophisticated, senior partner groups and highlight need for senior level support / decision making via Digital Steering Group meetings.
Run project finances; forecasting spends, tracking actuals, estimating and scheduling resources to ensure successful delivery.
Provide weekly reporting and attendance on the programme calls and disseminate key outputs to the wider teams.

What you'll bring:

Experience in optimally delivering largescale transformation programmes across both software delivery and business change
A strong programme management background with experience of the Software Delivery cycle and leading agile delivery teams.
Shown ability of successfully gaining the involvement and engagement of a variety of senior partners and leadership team. Demonstrating a high resilience to appropriately handle conflicting priorities.
An effective communicator, with the ability to cut through the noise and articulate the problem/challenge to all levels.

Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station.

Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations.

There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

Leeds:
