We're searching for a motivated person with the perfect balance of organisation, customer service, and good vibes, to join the Glee Coffee Team at our warehouse.
Glee Coffee is summed up by 'Coffee+People'. If you love coffee and are a person this could be the job for you.
This position plays an integral part in ensuring our coffee actually gets to the people and in its best condition, ready for sweet brewing.
As Co-ORDERnator you will coordinate all the steps that exist between the coffee being roasted and it being safely delivered to its new owner.
This involves receiving orders, picking, coffee packing and bagging, communicating with customers, inventory management and keeping the workspace spick and spanSkills Required
- Eye for detail and a strong understanding of efficient systems
- Communication in a team environment
- Work unsupervised for extended periods of time
- Barista Skills are helpful as part of this role may involve working in our coffee bar 'The Source'
- Safe driving skills (a current Australian drivers license helps)
- Warehousing basics (a forklift license would be amazing) *training can be provided
Everyday, you will get to drink some of the best coffee in the world (Lots of it) You will meet our cafe partners (some of the best people on the planet) You will work closely with our Head Roaster and be exposed to Speciality Coffee Roasting
