Description

• Maintaining the accounts payable and receivable process and tasks
• Generating invoices and account statements as required
• Performing monthly supplier account reconciliations
• Running weekly & monthly payment runs
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Banking, credit/debit card reconciliation
• Investigating and esolving any irregularities or enquiries with accounts
• Assisting in producing monthly financial and other reports as management requires
• Assist daily with Sales enquires, including cash sales, phone enquiries etc
• Processing of sales orders and deliveries
• Processing of Purchase orders
• Proactively seeking to solve problems for customers, engage and avoid frustrations or delays as issue arise.
• Maintain customer files to ensure timely and effective communication for all to access, if and when required.
• From timetotime other tasks maybe asigned to you, these will be discussed and implemented on a need's basis.
• Build and maintaining relationships with the office staff
• Reporting to Office & Admin Manager while assisting in office management tasks.

• 23 Years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge in SAP is highly regarded
• Ability to prioritise and manage outcomes in a timely manner
• A keen eye for detail, strong follow up skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people and strong interpersonal skills, and know when it is necessary to ask for assistance if required
• Critical thinking and collaborative team focused mindset
• Strong industry and product understanding
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a cando mindset
• Strong work ethic and problemsolving skills

• Dandenong, VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
