There is the opportunity to be promoted to an Implementation Consultant once you reach specific performance-based milestones. Further opportunities and specialisations may become available based upon your skills and strengths.


As our platform is no-code, we do not require specific programming knowledge, however this knowledge may be useful when talking and presenting to clients.

You could work either full time or part time (ability to work with university schedule). This role is based in Melbourne.


This role will provide you the ability to:

  • Be engaged in all aspects of a client relationship
  • including eliciting user requirements, no-code platform configuration, training, and support management
  • Build, implement, and support solutions for our clients
  • Work in project teams to ensure the smooth execution of deliverables
  • Perform Quality Assurance and create documentation
  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives
  • Provide training assistance with new and existing customers
  • Manage requests for assistance through the help desk

As you progress you can:


  • Assist national sales representatives in the Asia/Pacific region with product knowledge and planning support for new projects
  • Provide product development advice to a global R&D team

About you:


We are looking for a recent (or close to) graduate of Bachelor of IT/Business who is an innovative problem solver looking to expand their knowledge and start their career.


There are a few things this role requires:

  • Be an upcoming or recent graduate from a Bachelor of Business and/or Bachelor of IT degree or any dual degree with IT
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident
  • Have logical reasoning and problemsolving skills to find the most optimal solution for the client
  • Selfstarter willing to seek out answers and create solutions to problems
  • Available to travel throughout Australia
  • Ability to work within a variety of teams while having autonomy
  • Strong, engaging communication skills written, verbal and listening
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
