ROLE

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Generate new leads & book appointments
• Develop sustainable relationships with clientele through interactive communication
• Meet customer service team targets and call handling quotas
• Handle complaints and discuss with supervisors, ensure response within appropriate

time limits

• Keep records of customer interactions and enter into clients file
• Update database daily to ensure accurate, valid and complete information
• General Administrative duties
• Go the extra mile for our clients

Essential Criteria:

• Qualifications in relevant field i.e Business Studies, Engineering, Science
• Show initiative, ability to prioritize workload and be flexible
• Superior written and verbal communication skills essential
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Attention to Detail
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Any European language can be of advantage
