The Role

The Facilities and Logistics Support Supervisor is responsible for the overseeing and coordination of all aspects of facilities management and logistics for the Australian Air Force Cadet (AAFC) within Victoria.

They will report to the Air Force Liaison Officer (AFLO) and their Deputy (DAFLO) and work with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external to the Cadet branch to ensure the efficient use and maintenance of physical spaces, managing resources and supporting various functions including procurement, inventory management and vendor relationships.

About our Team
The Australian Air Force Cadets is an organisation of approximately 9,100 cadets and 1,600 adult volunteers dispersed across AUS. The Facilities and Logistics Supervisor is based at Pt Cook Victoria as part of 4WG Air Force Liaison Office. 4WG provides command oversight to all AAFC units within Victoria.

4WG Liaison team is committed to providing administrative, logistics and financial support to AAFC to allow them to achieve all necessary training and operational outcomes.

Experience in overseeing logistics operations and managing diverse facilities.
Welldeveloped interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
High levels of adaptability and flexibility with an ability to navigate dynamic situations.
The ability to identify issues and proactively implement solutions, coupled with a strong analytical mindset for continuous process improvement.
