We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant with a passion for education and stakeholder engagement, as you will work closely with top-level executives to ensure seamless operations.

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised and dynamic professional who is deadline driven and capable of managing multiple tasks.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative and financial functions that drive academic success.

Located in Claremont, this is a temp-to-permanent opportunity working full time hours Monday to Friday.


About the role:


The Executive Assistant will report to the Finance Director performing all administrative EA tasks, and in addition you will support the small finance team with month end procedures, daily banking and petty cash and other finance admin tasks as required.


This role offers great variety as you will also support the HR team with administrative tasks such as documentation and compliance for payroll, working with children checks and workers compensation claims.


Additional duties will include:

  • Act as a bridge between executive leadership, faculty, and administrative teams, facilitating effective communication and information flow
  • Prepare documentation for, and arising from Council meetings and distribute to members via the school's online platform
  • Meeting coordination and scheduling
  • Attend Council meetings and prepare draft minutes
  • Provide administrative support to OH&S committee and other staff working groups
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of annual budgets and other financial master spreadsheets as required
  • Act as a backup for the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll officers (training and support provided)

You will require:


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within an educational or corporate setting
  • WA Working with Children Check
  • National Police Clearance
  • Own reliable transport and WA Drivers license
