Regional Construction Quality APAC is a newly formed department, formed to provide support to project construction and ensure standardized best practice is applied during construction.
As an NCR Coordinator you will have overall responsibility and accountability for management of Non-Conformances across APAC.


COO APAC > Regional Quality APAC > Regional Construction Quality APAC

Responsibility:


  • Set strategy and direction (in line with Organizational requirements) to manage NCRs & CoPQ Governance and cost recovery across APAC.
  • Collect, check and input into SAP all relevant Non-Conformity (NC) information from project sites.
  • Define the required task to rectify the NC including identification and supply of spare parts, materials, tooling, logistics and work orders.
  • Coordinate the NC materials, tools, and spares with value chain functions.
  • NCR and CoPQ Reviews with Value chain team & implementation
  • Support Project and Site Managers to coordinate and resolve NC lists and support the handover to the Service team.
  • Preparation of NC & CoPQ defect and data analyses though problem approaching tool
  • Cost recovery from customer and vendor b coordination with internal and external stake holders
  • In your role you will work closely with Project Site teams, Construction Managers, Technical Advisers, Project Managers, Engineers, Global Supply Chain and Nacelle Quality teams, Project Coordinators and Vestas's clients and customers

Qualification:


  • Degree in a related field (e.g. Bachelor of Engineering)
  • ASQ certification. (ISO 9001)
  • 4+ years of experience working with quality systems.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and Microsoft Office.

Competencies:


  • Proficiency in SAP tools
  • Extensive Quality Problem approaching tool knowledge
  • Knowledge in ethe supply chain processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good communication skills
