Come and join our busy office as our new Administration Manager
You will join a small existing admin team supporting the day to day operation of well established Air Conditioning business in Arundel on the north side of the Gold Coast.
We are looking for a self starter who has the skill set and the maturity to progress to the role of Office Manager following a successful transition period of learning the business and adding value through successful implementation of processes and procedures.
This role:
- create and manage job in our job management system
- manage all digital aspects of the business digital foot print, including client information, social media
- manage / implement process including but not limited to car fleet management, client re occurring jobs, staff engagement
- manage stock and supplies for the office and staff
- support the Director and Projects Manager with ad hoc task as required
Your experience:
- **experience working in a trades business or similar role
- digital skills that can be applied to managing digital foot print of business
- experience in successfully creating and implementing new processes
- experience in working in job management system and managing a front desk
- experience in understanding end to end process of job management from first client engagement to invoicing of a job.
