The Opportunity

Operations Leader.
_The Hub_ enables us to provide our customers with a unique domestically co-coordinated supply chain solution for the delivery of large-scale projects nation-wide.
In this role, you will lead, motivate and develop a high performing team to ensure our products and services are of the highest quality to meet our customers' needs now and in the future.
This role will see you working Monday-Friday as our day shift leader. Enjoy a competitive salary package and participation in our company incentive program.

What Will You Do?
Supporting the Operations Manager, you'll work with the operations team to establish a culture that is focused on inclusiveness, quality, service, and continuous improvement
You will:
- coach and develop team members to build capability and development, and nurture a culture that will deliver world class products of the highest quality
- optimise the use of our processing equipment to meet and exceed our customers' expectations with a focus on asset utilization, operational efficiency and quality of product
- plan, co-ordinate and monitor the movement of product for the site, providing support and customer service excellence to internal and external customers while working closely with the Supply Chain team
- work collaboratively with the alternate shift team to drive improvement of all operational processes
- successfully contribute to a safe working environment and model this culture across your team and site
