You will be the driving force that keeps this top-performing team's day in order. This role will see you utilise your administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily.
Your tasks are as below but not limited to:
- Preparation and execution of contracts
- Provide knowledge of legislation
- Assisting with promotional material, ordering signs and brochures
- Marketing and advertising as required
- Event coordination as required
- Database management
- Executive assistant duties for the Principal
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong knowledge of legislation
- Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- Be enthusiastic and driven
- Previous 2 years experience within Sales & Contracts Administration in Real Estate, must be confident with tasks.
