About the client

Our client are a well-known supply chain and logistics organisation, with locations around Australia that supply 3PL warehousing and distribution capabilities specifically to their valued client.

Despatch Clerk/Transport Allocator, based out of our client's

Brisbane Southside distribution centre. This opportunity is an ongoing role with the potential to go permanent for the right person after 3-6 months.

Key Points of Interest:

Transport allocation, load planning and general administration duties
Key duties of planning and allocating shift loads
Greeting and dealing with transport drivers
Organising driver consignment notes
Other associated duties as required
Varied shifts
4am 12pm
6am 2pm
12pm 8pm
Varied locations across Brisbane Southside
Potential temp to perm opportunity after 6 months
Experience in a similar role in a transport operations environment is necessary
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Experience with Microsoft Suite is highly regarded
