Job Description:


Being led by the GSA Lead Supervisor,
our
Guest Service Ambassador's (GSA)
assist with ensuring our Client Partners operations are seamless and leave a positive impression with every interaction.

Situated throughout the floors of this brand-new global campus, the GSA team will be the solution-orientated service professionals ensuring each experience is unforgettable.

The GSA team will work collaboratively to respond to challenges, motivate each other and celebrate success. These positions can expect direct interaction with employees, executives, customers, and partners. They will assist with calendar management for simple meetings and oversee event run sheets executed by the Events team.

Key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to

  • Support all functions across all specialty floors and workplace floors
  • Perform checkin/registration for our events and be the point person for welcoming all.
  • Perform related event support tasks to see success in every event, working closely with the Event & Hospitality Assistants
  • Main point of contact for all employees at all levels.
  • Navigate the ambiguous and maintain a service flexibility in an everchanging environment
  • Patience, a sense of humour, adaptability, and a positive, cando attitude

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years successful customer centric service provision, in a B2B, hightech or fastpaced environment
  • Possess strong customer service experience; with a solid events background and service focused.
  • Resultsoriented, customer driven, organised with attention to detail.
  • Ability to assess and prioritise workload in a strict deadlineoriented environment.
  • Thrive on teamwork and overcoming obstacles, whilst winning as one team.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, Slack and Quip.

Additional Information


This position is a full-time office-based role in Circular Quay, Sydney servicing general office operating hours on a flexible roster (40hrs per week) that also supports after-hours event activity.
