Your Team
Bankwest Finance provides essential business services that enable Bankwest business partners to deliver on their strategic objectives and build sustainable shareholder value.
Bankwest Finance is part of Retail Banking Services Finance and the
Financial Services (FS) support unit in the Commonwealth Bank, whose vision is to make a difference on the things that matter.
Your Role:
As Personal Assistant you will work in partnership and provide support to the
Chief Financial Officer Bankwest. You will play a pivotal role not just for the Chief Financial Officer but for the broader team, helping to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Diary and inbox management for the Chief Financial Officer
- scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an efficient use of time
- Coordinating internal meetings with senior stakeholders including liaising with other EAs and arranging meeting room bookings
- Arranging events/functions/offsites/team building events (including catering where required)
- Support and drive the organisation's & the Chief Financial Officer's objectives, goals and KPIs
- Participation in meetings coordinating agendas, minutes, actions and tracking
- Coordinating domestic travel arrangements, and processing expenses
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding
- Access and analyse reports from various systems
- Manage procurement processes, while being budget conscious
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
- Previous Personal/Executive Assistant experience with the ability to be tech savvy and pick up new systems with ease
- The ability to manage workflow and conflicting priorities, work well under pressure and be solution focused
- Selfmotivation, a proactive style with exceptional attention to detail whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to build stakeholder relationships with ease
