We're looking for aPeople (HR) / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Yatala, QLD.
This role is a unique opportunity for someone who can effectively wear two hats, combining expertise in HR practices with talent acquisition responsibilities.
It is a full-time position offered on an indefinite contract basis, providing the opportunity for long-term growth and professional development within our organization.
The Opportunity:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process, from posting advertisements to conducting final reference checks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external networks, including professional associations, educational institutions, and community events.
- Act as a brand ambassador, educating external talent about our corporate benefits, environment, business mission/vision, and employee value proposition.
- Maintain accurate records, social media marketing, and plan future recruitment strategies.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Provide support, guidance, and counsel to leaders in all HR areas, including talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, employee relations, disciplinary processes, retention, and compensation & benefits.
- Collaborate with HR team members and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to identify and resolve process flow improvements.
- Resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Implement HR initiatives, programs, and policies that support the overall employee experience, retention, and engagement.
- Support and coach managers on HR programs, including performance management, probationary reviews, disciplinary incidents, complaint resolution, investigations, and case management.
- Facilitate, administer, and support the annual review process
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HRBP in a medium to large public global company.
- Demonstrated ability to produce results in a highvolume, fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, diagnose, and execute agreedupon project plans.
- Previous experience in HR and providing advice and guidance on a range of HR processes, policies, and legislation, with a qualification in an HRrelated field.
- Sound knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and fair work practices.
- Proactive attitude and demonstrated problemsolving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality on personal issues and sensitive information.
- Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the business and the ability to adapt your working style to various stakeholders.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills across all stakeholder groups.
- Preferred Skills:_
- Experience with Oracle HCM and/or ADP Celergo is an asset
