We deliver permanent, respite and dementia care in a warm and welcoming environment.About the role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Office Manager to take on this newly created role.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, the Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the work of a small administration team and be focussed on driving system improvements.
While strategic in nature, you must be willing to take a hands-on approach to help the team and meet the needs of residents and visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reception duties
- Providing secretariat support for internal meetings
- Maintaining organisation databases
- Updating office policies, manuals and forms as required
- Supporting resident admissions
- Supporting the timely completion of internal auditing functions and support compliance activities
- Providing administrative support to a variety of initiatives as directed by management
- Supervising the administration team.
Qualification and experience:
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- 5 + years of senior administrative experience, preferably in a health/aged care setting
Salary:
$65, $70,000.00 per year
