The Organisation

This Canberra based Chartered Accounting firm has experienced strong growth in recent years through the delivery of extremely high quality work to their established and growing client base as well as their excellent culture developed since their inception.

Following the issues faced by some of the Big 4 and their relationships with the Commonwealth Federal Government, they are being tasked with more even work and as such they are seeking a number of Internal and External Audit Seniors and Managers to join their team in Canberra.

The Roles

You will have the opportunity to work with some of Canberra's most experienced Audit Partners, Directors and Senior Managers on a broad range of clients to improve their risk profile by strengthening their internal controls, governance and risk management as well as on financial statement audits.

You will be given responsibility for the day to day conduct of the internal audit program as well as direct contact with the clients as well as coaching junior staff.

About You

To be successful in these roles you will have demonstrated experience providing internal and/or financial statements audit services to a broad range of organisations in the public/commercial and not for profit sectors.

You will be at least tertiary qualified and have strong written and oral communication skills and an ability for form strong relationships internally and externally.

In addition you MUST be an Australian Citizen and have a Commonwealth Government Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
