About the Role
The position is accountable for delivering a range of administration services to the Metro South Health Finance team, as per the following key responsibilities:

Commit to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by actively participating in safety and quality practices.
Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices, including Performance Appraisal and Development, Workplace Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity and Antidiscrimination as applied in the workplace.
Provide effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, take minutes and prepare draft letters for consideration and signature.
Maintain human resource and finance tracking registers for executives and managers as required.
