About the Role
The position is accountable for delivering a range of administration services to the Metro South Health Finance team, as per the following key responsibilities:

  • Commit to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by actively participating in safety and quality practices.
  • Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices, including Performance Appraisal and Development, Workplace Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity and Antidiscrimination as applied in the workplace.
  • Provide effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, take minutes and prepare draft letters for consideration and signature.
  • Maintain human resource and finance tracking registers for executives and managers as required.
