Our client is searching for an experienced digital marketer (5+ years) with an in-depth understanding of the digital campaign landscape, complex media buys and a passion for emerging digital and tech trends.

In addition, this person will be aligned with the organisation's values and have a strong desire to create a more responsible and environmentally sustainable society.


This is a new role into the digital team due to the increasing demands of our client's brand-led digital advertising - this person should have really solid knowledge of digital media strategies, media buying, optimisation tactics as well as confidence with supporting the management of creative & media agencies.

Specific

  • Outstanding project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
  • Have worked within a media agency and/or in specific client side media roles
  • Equal parts creative & analytically minded
  • Understanding/awareness of media/marketing tech specially things like ad servers, dynamic creative display (DCO), customer data platforms (CDPs) & general media integration/analytics points
  • Understanding of the banking/fin services industry would be helpful (banking/super)
  • Passion areas that align to our clients values i.e. social justice, environment/sustainability, renewable alternatives etc
  • Excellent understanding of the digital marketing space and the vital role that website plays
  • Knowledge of tools such as; Customer data platforms, Ad servers, Dynamic creative display, Google Analytics and Keyword research tools
