Reporting and working closely in conjunction with the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will form a central part of the AR team.

You will be highly regarded for your ability to engage with customers, work in a systemised manner, investigate irregularities and report accurately.

Success in the role will also come from having a high attention to detail and being able to handle multiple tasks at once.

Basically all of the strengths of a seasoned Accounts Receivable Guru

The role will see you completing various tasks including but not limited to:

  • Resident Admission & Discharges
  • Invoicing, Receipting & Debt Collection
  • Reconciling Government claims with billing records
  • Reporting on shortfalls & errors in government funding
  • Data entry of resident occupancy details
  • Management of Bonds and Refundable Deposits
  • Liaison with residence managers on outstanding items
  • General accountancy administration as required.
Strong admin skills are a must, as is a team player attitude


Other requirements include:

  • Strong phonebased business communication skills
  • High level attention to detail / data processing skills
  • Proven Time Management, Planning, problem solving ability
  • Intermediate-Advanced MS Office / Database Experience
  • Ability to take initiative and work proactively


The right person for this role will have a can-do attitude, with the resilience and professionalism to hold an autonomous role which will require a high level of planning and interpersonal ability.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be an advantage.


The working environment is close-knit, fun and supportiveoffice drinks are popular every Friday night This is a full-time role with a generous remuneration package.

The hours sit between 8.30am and 5pm (Monday to Friday).

There can be a little flexibility on start/finish times, and a small amount of Working From Home is a possibility (but not a given at this stage).

Parking is readily available on site and surrounding.
