Your Role
You'll be an key leader in the organisation and hold an important position in the Warranties Department.

Due to the high volume nature of this production plant, you'll be required to work with every area and provide solutions for customers experiencing product faults or warranty claims.

On a daily basis your job will be;

  • Leading the development and execution of direct works to be carried out onsite and internally with installation and service teams
  • Creating and planning of service work undertaken by company personnel
  • Organising and Scheduling daily service manifests in line with the customers' requirements whilst managing company logistics costs
  • Processing and invoicing return delivery and service paperwork
  • Creating service workorders and distributing amongst the team effectively
  • Ensuring works carried out is of a high standard and in accordance with relevant building regulations and OH&S requirements
  • Directly liaising between customers, site services teams, internal teams and management of the company in a positive and efficient manner
  • Ensuring onsite services are appropriately organised and staffed and to control the staff as necessary to enable it to achieve the approved strategy
  • Ensuring that your staff are adequately trained and developed in their tasks and are performing at a level expected by Senior Management
  • Ensuring all service vehicles are stocked correctly with tools and consumables and in good working order
  • Liaising with the customer service department daily to make sure all customer requirements are being met
  • Distributing and allocating work amongst the group daily to ensure that all commitments are being met and all product needed is ready and available
  • Ensuring that your work group are stocked and on the road in a timely manner with clear communication and expectations

Other Details
The position is Full-time and offers a competitive remuneration package with annual salary increases. Hours are 6:30am start to ensure the service team is supported and prepared for the day's schedules. The site is not easily accessed by public transport and a car and licence is ideal. The company is highly dedicated to performance reviews, internal promotions and recognition.


About You

  • You have experience in an Administration Management position
  • You may have come from a similar position in Faults & Warranties or Building & Construction
  • You love fast paced working environments and thrive under pressure
  • You like to start work early and finish early
  • You have excellent computer skills, admin skills and customer service skills
  • Even on your bad days you have a servant nature and like to provide customer solutions
