The Role
The APS 5 Learning and development officer will be required to:

Assist in the development, delivery and quality assurance of authorised intelligence training.
Develop modern courseware to ensure both the requirements and expectations of adult learners are met.
Maintain relationships with key intelligence training stakeholders.

About our Team

We are building a new team within the Directorate of Intelligence Future Requirements and Learning, responsible for the development and delivery of intelligence training for Defence APS and military members.

Our relationships encompass the individual Service training centres and Defence intelligence agencies' training staff.

Be experienced learning and development professionals with practical experience in an adult learning environment.
Have experience working in a team.
Have the ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
